What You Need To Know

Here, you will find information about our studio etiquette, first class offers, cancellation policy, suspension policy and weather arrangements.

Studio Etiquette

Please remove your shoes before entering the studio and place them in the shoe racks by the entrance.
Please turn off your mobile phone or switch to silent mode inside the studio.
Please check in at reception before each class and collect a locker key if required; return it after class. Do not leave belongings overnight.
Please respect other students practicing at the studio and lower your voice when conversing.
Please remove rings and jewelry that may snag the equipment before AntiGravity aerial and Wall Rope yoga classes.
After each class, wipe your mat and surrounding space with the cleaning towels provided, fold blankets and straps neatly, and return all props to the storage cupboards.
To minimise water usage, please only use one small towel and / or one large towel per student. Please do not bring outside food or drink into the common space and yoga rooms, and do not bring your phone into the yoga rooms.

First Class Offer

Your first class with us? First class offers for HK residents are priced at HKD 150 (valid for HK residents only). If you are pregnant, please let staff know — classes are generally available to prenatal students after 12 weeks into pregnancy, for the safety of you and your baby.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is 4 hours in advance. Cancelling within 4 hours of class start time is counted as a “late cancellation”; not showing up is counted as a “no-show”. This is for the benefit of other students and to help our teachers plan classes.

10-class package: 1 class deducted per late cancel / no-show.
Unlimited package: 3 late cancellations / no-shows terminates the package 7 days before its original end date.
Complimentary trials / free classes: deducted as your trial / free class.

Suspension Policy

Class Package students may suspend once per package validity period. Monthly Package students may suspend once every three months (a 3-month package allows one suspension; 6-month two; 12-month three). 1-week and 1-month unlimited packages do not allow suspensions.

All non-pregnancy / non-medical suspensions are charged HK$200 per suspension and re-activation. Pregnancy suspensions require a valid medical certificate. Please give at least 5 days' notice. The Practice Studio reserves the right to reject suspension requests and to change these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Weather Arrangements

In severe weather (Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm): during non-opening hours the studio remains closed and reopens 2 hours after the warning is lowered (if lowered at or after 6PM, the studio stays closed for the day). During opening hours, the studio closes 30 minutes after the warning is hoisted and reopens 2 hours after it is lowered.
